    Search Firm: We Will Win Consulting

    The firm is led by the following individuals who will be involved in ensuring we have the best possible leader moving forward:

    • Dr. Cade Smith – former New Braunfels ISD Superintendent
    • Coach Steve Williams – retired Athletic Director Allen ISD
    • Dr. Curtis Culwell – Cullwell Consulting and Thompson and Horton search firms
    • Coach Bob Ledbetter – retired Athletic Director/Head Football Coach from Carroll High School in Southlake Carroll ISD, and previous leader of Champions Search Firm

    Currently, We Will Win Consulting is hosting focus group meetings with coaching staff from all sports.  After Spring Break, they will begin to conduct focus groups with football players, other sports athletes, booster club representatives, and a community group.

    Community Survey:

    To kick off this profile building process for the next AD/Head Football Coach, the input of Calallen ISD students, staff, parents and the community is needed.  Please join us by completing the short survey intended to capture the voice of the community.  Survey results will be shared at an upcoming Board Workshop/Public meeting after Spring Break.

    The following job qualifications are the minimum expectations for the position:

    • Minimum of 5 years of coaching experience (Required)
    • 4A - 6A Coordinator experience (Highly Preferred)
    • Head coaching experience (Highly preferred)
    • Administrative Certification (Highly preferred)
    • A long-term commitment to Calallen ISD (Required)
