Hi my name is Charolette and I am thrilled to be your student’s 5^th grade Reading/Writing teacher.  This will be twelfth year teaching.  I spent my first six years of teaching in Robstown at Ortiz Intermediate as a 6^th grade Reading/Writing teacher.  I am a native Corpus Christian that absolutely loves the beach, reading and anything outdoors.  I am a highly energetic educator that emphasizes a cooperative student based classroom incorporating flexible seating, in order to provide the least restrictive learning enviornment for my students. 

I am a mom of two AMAZING college students.  My son in a Senior attending Texas A&M College Station studying Business and my daughter graduated in 2020 with her Master’s Degree in Counseling @ UTSA.  I am VERY proud of their success.
