We have raised five children who are productive, happy and successful members of their community.  I am very proud to be an " Air Force Brat" and a mom  of two  children who are and have proudly served our country.  My oldest daughter has finished her degree and is a surgical technician who assists in the operating rooms at a reputable hospital in Fort Worth.   My middle daughter has completed her Masters in Social and Behavioral health and is a psychologist. She is now an after-care specialist in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin with her husband and two children.   My youngest is in Austin continuing her career in Nursing and has a wonderful daughter .  Our last child we adopted into our family is still serving our country through the Navy in Alaska. She married a Navy man and has  two wonderful boys. My son who endured three tours in Iraq has retired from the military and lives here with his wife and three beautiful children. I currently have 11 grandchildren I never see enough of.    Lastly, the love of my life and a wonderful husband who brought our families together. He helped create a successful family unit and has a BS in Sciences and is employed by Texas Parks and Wildlife as the Hunter Ed. Specialist of East and Southeast Texas. 

I have TWENTY-THREE wonderful years of teaching experience. I am going on my 11th year at Calallen ISD.

BS Degree in Education with emphasis in Math and English Grades K-8

Certifications in Special Education  K-12 and  Emphasis on Secondary Mathematics and English at Lubbock Christian University

Assistant Principal from Sul Ross State University

Continuing my Mastery work at TAMUCC and am a "Highly Qualified Teacher".
