DISTRICT GROWTH & DEMOGRAPHICS

Calallen ISD commissioned Population and Survey Analysts (PASA) to conduct a demographic review in the summer of 2021.  This review has helped to support long-range planning in terms of projected future enrollment and its impact on district facilities.  

Based on PASA projections, grade configurations were adjusted for the 2022-2023 school year to maximize current facility capacity.  As we move forward, the potential growth of the Calallen ISD community must be taken into consideration. 

Current housing developments are expected to create an enrollment increase of approximately 1000 students by school year 2030.
