    • Objectives:  
      • This course is designed for second year Accounting students who wish to broaden their understanding of the role of Accounting in the business world. 
      • Emphasis will be on applying concepts learned in Accounting I to real-world problems and challenges in the business world. Students will be introduced to topics such as:

    • Preparing financial statements
    • Financial statement analysis
    • Cost-volume-profit (CVP) analysis
    • Inventory and inventory valuation
    • Product costing

    • Ethics in Accounting
