ABOUT ME:
I have been an elementary teacher for 29 years. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in reading from Southwest Texas State University in 1992. I also have a GT (Gifted and Talented) certification, and I am certified as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher. I have taught 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. I have taught all subjects and was a self-contained teacher for seventeen years. This is my twelfth year of teaching at Calallen.
Corpus Christi has been my home for most of my life. I have been married to my wonderful husband, Patrick, for 27 years. We have two children, Bailey (25) and Katie (22).
