I've been teaching Mathematics for almost 20 years now. I tell my students that I stood in the courtyard at Texas A&M when declaring majors, and asked myself, "What could I do every day, and LOVE it without fail?"  I am here to tell you that I picked wisely.  My students teach me something new every year, and they remain in my heart forever.  Born and raised in the Calallen community, I am a very proud Class of '92 graduate.  I earned my B.S. in Mathematics from Texas A&M University- CC, all-level certified.  I've been married for twenty-five years, and I have three amazing kids of my own.  Two grown sons, 23 and 21, and a daughter which is 16.  As a parent, I've been very pleased with the high standards of Calallen ISD for my own three children.  Wildcats and Aggies are we- I always say that my family must bleed maroon!  My personal interests include travel, ancestry, and photography.  

My goal is to make math "come alive" for your child through dynamic presentation and real world application.  While they may not love it as much as I profess, they will gain a very healthy respect for the power of math.  I am also the “Second to None” Class of 2021 Sponsor, and look forward to seeing them through to graduation.  My current schedule and email are below, please do not hesitate to contact me with questions or comments.  (361) 242-5626 ext. 7417
